Bookkeeper

We are an Australian brand specializing in top-tier quality kitchen knives and cookware. We supply chefs, restaurants, and retailers with world-class knives and kitchen essentials. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing accounts payable and receivable

Reconciling bank statements and financial transactions

Preparing financial reports and statements

Processing invoices, expenses, and payments

Monitoring cash flow and budgeting

Assisting with tax compliance and BAS preparation

Liaising with external accountants when necessary

Ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role

Proficiency in Xero or other accounting software

Strong understanding of financial principles and bookkeeping practices

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience working with eCommerce businesses

Familiarity with wholesale or retail accounting

Knowledge of Australian tax laws and reporting requirements
