JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Screener Virtual Assistant with excellent phone skills to cold call and to qualify leads for potential real estate wholesaling deals. As a pre-screener, your primary responsibility is to reach out to potential property sellers, ask targeted questions, qualify leads, and gather key information about properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to manage leads, and document lead details in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct phone calls with potential leads to assess their interest in selling properties.
Pre-screen and qualify leads by asking specific questions about property condition, seller timeline, motivation, and asking price.
Maintain accurate and detailed record of all property information and communications in the CRM system
Manage lead lists and follow-up tasks effectively
Provide regular updates on lead status, progress, and performance metrics.
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally over the phone.
Address concerns or objections effectively while maintaining a positive seller experience.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and cold calling skills.
Ability to follow scripts and adapt based on the conversation flow.
Reliable and organized with high attention to detail.
Real estate experience (especially working with wholesalers) is a plus but not required

Additional Requirements:
Stable and fast internet connection with noise free workspace background.
Sample voice recording introducing yourself and explaining why you are a great fit for this role.
Knowledge of some CRM tools like Podio, Mojo, CallTools, Xleads or similar platforms is a plus.
References from previous employers or clients attesting to relevant experience.
