Position: Customer Service Representative (Shopify Experience Required)

Broad Labz is growing fast – and we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Rep to join our team. You must have solid experience with Shopify and a proactive attitude. If you’re ready to take ownership of the customer experience, you’re in the right place.

• Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk (primarily
• Process returns, refunds, and handle dispute cases
• Verify customer information and correct shipping issues
• Maintain refund & issue logs in Google Sheets
• Collaborate with our internal team using Slack
• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements
? Requirements:
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Shopify experience is required
• Comfortable using Slack, Google Workspace, and Zendesk
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Available Monday to Saturday
• Willing to sign an NDA if hired
