About Us:
We are 2 fast-growing real estate agents looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to both agents. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you the opportunity to work with a friendly team, streamline operations, and make a direct impact on the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to help manage daily operations and support our two agents in serving clients. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Graphic Design & Branding: Design and edit graphics for social media posts, marketing materials, branding materials, and more using Canva and CapCut.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, edit, and post social media content across platforms.
Video Content: Script, edit, and post engaging video content to enhance our online presence and client engagement.
Real Estate & Area Guides: Revamp current materials for buyers and sellers to ensure they are current, informative, and appealing.
Ad Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize social media and Google ad campaigns and funnels to drive business growth and brand awareness.
Online Listing Management: Create custom webpages for property listings, post property listings on
CRM Management/Lead Nurturing: Keep client databases organized and up-to-date. Assist in nurturing leads and maintaining strong client relationships.
Task Management: Use Trello to track and manage tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are moving forward.
Client Gifts & Cards: Manage and schedule birthday, anniversary, and special occasion cards and gifts for clients.
Vendor & Contractor Relations: Build and maintain a list of trusted vendors, schedule appointments, and help facilitate vendor relationships.
Client Appreciation Events: Plan and organize client appreciation parties and special events to foster lasting relationships.

App & Program Testing: Research and test new apps or programs that could enhance the business’s productivity and efficiency.
New Skills: Being willing to learn a new skill based on what the agents need from you.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using design tools like Canva, task management software like Trello, and video editing tools. Knowledge of Google Workspace, social media platforms, and website management tools and experience in creating website funnels is highly preferred.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized and capable of multitasking while maintaining high-quality work.
Proactive & Independent: Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
Time Zone Availability: Must be available to work during USA business hours. Ideally PST but some flexibility.
Reliable Internet Connection: A fast and stable internet connection is required for this remote position.
