Spanish Immigration Paralegal

Experience: Immigration paralegal: 2 years+ (Required)
Language: Spanish (Required)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
• Two-year college degree or equivalent, and/or a paralegal studies certification
• 2-3 years’ experience in handling family-based immigration and court cases
• Proven experience in documenting cases, dealing with USCIS and Immigration Courts
• Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in both English and Spanish
• Adaptability to quickly learn a new office system (training provided)
