We are looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Growth Hacker to manage and grow an individual’s personal brand.
This is a unique opportunity to build a global-facing personal brand with a sharp edge and purpose. Your goal? To elevate a personal brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and Meta, turning content into community, and community into action.

About You:

You’re obsessed with growth. You understand how to combine content, storytelling, and analytics to drive engagement, credibility, and leads. You’ve likely managed high-growth personal brands before — or built your own from scratch. You can pivot between engaging YouTube videos and dynamic fitness-lifestyle content on Instagram with ease.
You understand that personal branding is business, and you know how to make every post count.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a multi-channel social media strategy for (Instagram, Meta, YouTube)
- Manage a content calendar that balances business authority, lifestyle storytelling, and thought leadership
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, and other creators to deliver consistent, high-quality output
- Analyze content performance and iterate for growth (views, engagement, followers, leads)
- Identify opportunities for virality, partnerships, and platform-native trends
- Leverage the CEO’s involvement with the global startup, fitness, and digital nomad communities

Requirements:

- Proven experience growing an individual’s social presence from scratch or scaling it significantly
- Strong grasp of social platforms and their content nuances (YouTube + Instagram +Meta)
- Data- and insight-driven: you make decisions based on what works
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content ideation skills
- Comfortable working with creatives (editors, designers, photographers)
- Interest in business, fitness, high-performance living, and entrepreneurship is a BIG plus
- Bonus: Video editing or design skills
