Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (Remote)

We’re hiring! Are you a proactive, fast-working, and results-driven lead generation specialist who knows how to turn cold prospects into warm leads? Do you have experience with outreach on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Gmail for social media agencies? If you have a strong grasp of lead gen strategies, outreach automation, and persuasive messaging, we want you on our team!

Your Responsibilities:
Instagram, LinkedIn & Gmail Outreach – Finding and engaging with potential leads for social media agencies.

Lead Qualification – Identifying high-quality prospects that match our ideal client profile.

Personalized Cold Outreach – Writing and sending compelling messages that convert.

Follow-ups & Appointment Setting – Keeping conversations alive and booking calls for clients.

Tracking & Organizing Leads – Managing prospect lists in Notion for easy access and follow-ups.

Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation and outreach (especially for social media agencies).
Strong written English and ability to craft persuasive cold messages.
Familiarity with Notion (for lead tracking) and Slack (for communication).
Ability to handle outreach across multiple platforms (IG, LinkedIn, Gmail).
Fast-working, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve results.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!):
Experience with outreach automation tools.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
Understanding of LinkedIn lead generation strategies.
