We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee and enhance our customer support operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Provide email inbox customer service for 3-5 hours per day, 5-6 days per week
Take direction from leadership and effectively communicate with other customer service tea ---------- mbers
Track common customer issues (e.g., product concerns, shipping delays) and provide reports to management
Communicate directly with manufacturers and suppliers to follow up on issues
Maintain exceptional English communication skills and handle upset customers with professionalism
Ask questions and collaborate effectively with the global team to solve problems and improve customer retention
Monitor and track daily profits

Requirements:
2-3+ years of customer service experience for 7-figure eCommerce brands
Previous managerial experience in a customer service role, helping a company scale
Strong experience with Shopify and familiarity with eCommerce operations
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with company goals
