today I'm looking for an off page SEO expert and link builder for a long term working relationship in part time (20 hours per week).

You should be experienced in building high quality links. You also should be good in writing english. Skills in german language would be great, but they are not necesary.

I don't need the usage of any automated link builiding tools. It's all about quality and handmade link building.
