About 360 CAPTURES
We help real estate agents in the U.S. (primarily Pittsburgh) present their listings with high-quality photography, video, drone footage, 3D tours, and more. Our goal is simple: help agents stand out and win more listings through better marketing.
Why This Role Is Important
You’ll be the voice and face of our company. The first person clients talk to. The one who keeps things smooth, personal, and professional. You won’t just answer questions—you’ll build real relationships. That means helping new clients feel confident from the first call and keeping existing clients happy and informed. When done right, this directly leads to more bookings and more growth for the company. You’ll be a core part of that.

What You’ll Do
- Call clients to confirm appointments and follow up
- Onboard new clients through virtual calls
- Help cultivate new relationships through social media
- Answer questions and walk people through simple technical steps
- Help clients feel supported, informed, and excited to work with us
- Log and follow up on all client communication in our CRM
You’ll work closely with our full-time admin (who handles backend tasks and email), but your focus is human connection: phone calls, virtual meetings, and service with a personal touch.

Who You Are
- You speak English clearly and fluently with a confident, friendly tone
- You’re comfortable leading conversations and virtual meetings
- You have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- You’re organized, dependable, and great at follow-up
- You’re available to work 9AM–2PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Experience in real estate, creative services, or marketing is a plus but not required.
