Position: Web Development Tech Lead
Location: Remote or Hybrid
Type: Full-time

Overview:
We’re looking for a Web Development Tech Lead who can do more than write great code. You’ll lead a team of developers, architect solutions, and ensure the systems we build are scalable, secure, and elegant. You’ll bring a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies and thrive in an environment that values planning, quality control, and innovation.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development of web-based applications from concept to deployment
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code (front-end & back-end)
Manage infrastructure, hosting environments, and DNS configurations
Implement tracking, automation, and DevOps pipelines
Perform code reviews, QA, and oversee testing procedures
Build systems and processes for accountability and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges
Hold the team to standards and drive a culture of excellence

Requirements:
Full-stack development experience (React, Vue, Node.js, PHP, etc.)
Strong DevOps experience (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
DNS, CDN, SSL, and server configuration knowledge
Experience managing or leading development teams
Excellent problem-solving and planning skills
Detail-oriented with strong QA and testing background
Excellent communication skills
High drive, ownership, and leadership mindset
