Now Hiring: Real Estate Assistant with Accounting Experience (Remote – CST Time Zone, USA)
We are a fast-paced real estate team looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant who can also handle basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks. This is a remote position, but availability during Central Time (CST) hours in the USA is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and provide excellent client support
Manage transactions from contract to close
Handle scheduling, documentation, and communication between parties
Perform bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and reconciliations
Assist with basic accounting duties such as invoicing and reporting
Support daily administrative and office tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate transaction coordination is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Appfolio) preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work independently
Must be available to work during CST (Central Time) business hours
