Content Creator Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Svelte Media is one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in the country, and we’re looking for a Content Creator Virtual Assistant to support our creative team! We specialize in digital marketing for the health and fitness industry and need a detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy VA to help with content creation, formatting, and project management.
If you love design, organization, and content creation and have experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
?? Content Creation & Design
Design and format e-books, social media graphics, and digital assets in multiple languages using Canva
Use ChatGPT for language translations and content drafting
?? Project Management & Organization
Assist in content planning and formatting
Manage and track tasks using ClickUp and Google Sheets
Work under tight deadlines and follow a two-step content review process
?? Social Media & Scheduling
Create and organize content calendars
Use Meta Business Suite to schedule posts and manage pages
Stay up to date on trends and engagement strategies

What We’re Looking For:
?Proficiency in Canva (Figma experience is a plus!)
? Strong english reading and writing skills
? Strong organizational and project management skills
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
