Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing branding and identity materials for clients, as well as providing administrative support as needed. This role requires someone who is experienced in creating and following branding guidelines and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design brand identity assets including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
-Develop visual content for websites, social media, and marketing materials.
-Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and guidelines.
-Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, scheduling, and basic client communication.
-Organize and maintain client folders, branding documents, and project files.
-Support the team in day-to-day virtual assistant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in branding and graphic design (portfolio required).
-Strong understanding of branding principles and guidelines.
-Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) or Canva Pro.
-Experience working as a virtual assistant is a plus.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have:

-Experience with website design or WordPress.
-Familiarity with social media management tools.
-Basic knowledge of marketing and content creation.
