Your responsibilities include answering incoming calls promptly and professionally, educating customers about our services, scheduling appointments for pest control and managing leads and online inquiries with timely follow-ups. Additionally, you’ll support our customer outreach efforts by reconnecting with canceled accounts, upselling additional services to existing customers and reaching out to leads from provided lists.
