Job Overview: We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to a small real estate team. The ideal candidate will manage tasks related to cold calling, client communication, scheduling, transaction coordination, and more. This position offers a flexible, remote working environment and an excellent opportunity for those interested in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with database management, calling leads and clients, following up on leads regularly and a strong mastery of the English language, written and verbal.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
Ability to lead generate and assist with ISA tasks (ie calling clients and leads with the objective to set an appointments or connect lead or client with an agent on the team)
Strong database management skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using various software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (Sierra Interactive preferred)
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of real estate terminology, transaction processes, and documentation is a plus.
