Virtual Assistant – FB Marketplace, Ad Inbox & Phone Support (U.S. Electronics Business)

Description:
I run a U.S.-based electronics business and am looking for a reliable, fluent English-speaking virtual assistant from the Philippines to help with Facebook messaging, phone support, and lead management.??You’ll help us acquire used electronics (phones, tablets, Apple Watches, MacBooks, cameras) by engaging with leads from Facebook Marketplace, our Facebook ads, and inbound phone calls. Your job is to send offers, qualify sellers, and book local meetups.??This is a long-term position with weekly bonuses, performance-based rewards, and a chance to grow into a key part of our business.

Your Daily Tasks:
- Search Facebook Marketplace for phone/tablet/watch/laptop/camera listings?- Send offer messages using our script?- Respond to replies and qualify leads using checklists?- Answer incoming business calls, follow script, and provide price quotes?- Respond to Facebook ad messages (via Meta Business Suite inbox)?- Schedule device pickups on Google Calendar?- Log and track every lead in our Google Sheet?- Follow up with every lead until they clearly say they won’t sell at that price, or until they confirm the device was sold—to us or someone else.

Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English (C2 or near-native)?- Strong communication and call-handling skills?- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace & Facebook Business Suite?- Fast learner and detail-oriented?- Reliable internet and quiet workspace?- Confident, friendly phone presence?- Available Mon-Sat 9AM-5PM CST

Compensation:
- $4/hr base rate?- $3 bonus for every deal you help complete (meeting booked & device purchased)?- Special bonuses may be given during high-performing weeks—our company values rewarding exceptional service.
