Programmer and Designer Needed

We are looking for someone who has knowledge of

1)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP 5, Ajax / jQuery, XML Web Services
2)Wordpress

You will need to change able to convert html to wordpress, create sidebar, dynamic menu when the theme doest have them.
