Team leader for Telephone Survey team

We are a leading claims company in the UK looking to expand our survey team based in the Philippines.

We survey back to the UK on the via with a 6 questions survey that offers the clients the chance to get information about any of the questions they answer yes too. The client is offered a gift for taken part in the survey (anything from Cinema, Theatre, 2for1 dinning, Afternoon tea, 50% in over 6000 restaurants)

A qualified lead is someone that says yes to anyone of the questions. Each surveyor is paid per survey and operate in the UK with two shift from 10.00-16.00 and 16.00-20.00 Monday to Friday.

There are targets to be hit from each surveyor, as well as monthly incentives.

You will be paid a basic wage of £125.00 per month then £.025p per survey that each surveyor completes. There is a prohibition period of 3 months, once that is completed you will get a pay review on each survey.

You will be required to employee surveyors based in the Philippines, each one will get a online phone system and leads supplied. They must have a good internet connection, clear in spoken English and be able to cold call.

You will also have to start up social media pages to promote the products that we offer on the vouchers as well as complete the surveys.

You will report direct to the owner of the company, you will be supplied all the online tools that you need.

You will be required to get 10 people up and running, each person is targeted for 30 surveys per month.

You must have experience in cold-calling, telemarketing, telesales and telephone surveys. And know how to promote on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

This is a role that I want to start on the 1st of March. Interviews will be with the director via Skype.
