*Virtual Executive Assistant* | FULL TIME

Hey there! I’m a professional magician who performs at private events, looking to hire an amazing full time virtual executive assistant to help me manage my magic business.

It’s a really fun industry I’m in, and with an influx of clients, I need help answering inquiry emails, organizing my schedule and calendars, data entry/organization, and customer support to potential and current clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Awesome English verbal and written copywriting skills (think: emails, sales proposals, social post captions)
- Experience in being a virtual assistant + customer service in a sales funnel
- Excellent organization skills (detail oriented), creating systems for someone who isn't very organized (me!)
- Availability to work business hours (around 9 AM to 5 PM) Eastern Standard Time (EST)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU…
- Have experience working with a CRM (e.g. 17Hats, Pipedrive, or equivalent)
- Have been a VA for someone who's never had a VA before (creating standard operating procedures)
- Have experience with email outreach software (MailShake or equivalent)
- Have social media experience (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook)

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
There's lots of opportunity to learn new skills and develop, but generally:
- Corresponding with current/potential clients via email on my behalf
- Summarizing and sending proposal emails to clients
- Scheduling sales calls, bookings, and other appointments in a calendar
- Tracking progress and client information in spreadsheets, or a CRM system
- Creating and sending out invoices, contracts, and other documents to clients

THE FUN STUFF
- Pay: TBD ($600-$800 USD per month), this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job.
- Full time: 40 hours/week, 9-5 pm US Eastern Time Zone (willing to be flexible within 1-2 hours of this time frame)
