Are you the kind of person who loves organizing chaos, learning new things, and solving problems before they become problems? We’re looking for someone who’s curious, driven, and committed to doing things well—someone who takes ownership, finds smart solutions, and always looks for ways to raise the bar.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Helping organize information so it's easy to access and understand
- Assisting with research to support team decisions
- Updating spreadsheets and databases accurately
- Communicating with different teams to keep things aligned
You are a great fit if you:
- Are naturally curious, don’t stop at “I don’t know,” and you go find the answer
- Stay organized and thoughtful about how you manage tasks and time
- Take initiative and ask smart questions
- Communicate clearly, in writing and on calls
- Are comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Google Docs, and online research platforms
- Want to work remotely with a team that values trust, growth, and clarity
- Are reliable—when you say you’ll do something, you follow through
- Take pride in doing your work well and don’t settle for “just okay”
