Our founders have over 30 years of combined internet marketing experience and have built a definitive program / blueprint so clients can succeed with their online business beyond their expectations.

And of course… we KNOW that the only way we are going to achieve making our clients online business succeed beyond their expectations is if we get the right people on the bus.

We are looking for an AWESOME virtual assistant to join our AWESOME team to:

Examples Of Tasks:

? Email management/filtering
? Receive inbound calls from clients
? Make outbound calls to clients
? Coaching clients and making sure they are understanding the program
? Send follow up emails and make calls for clients who are not going through the program
? Contacting new clients via phone to welcome them to the program
? Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
? Maintain a calendar and set up meetings
? Take transcription and handle correspondence
? Prepare and send out email newsletters
? Handle client inquiries by phone or email
? Data entry
? Research tasks
? Excellent customer service skills
? Liaison between you and other team members
? Set-up social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube)
? Manage and update social media accounts

Requirements:

• Must be able to work US business hours Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
• Perfect English
• Be a team player
• Excellent phone skills for both inbound and outbound calls
• Must have a quiet work environment as there should be no background noise on calls
• Must have read Scientific Advertising by Claude Hopkins
• Be able to sell clients on the phone
• Have good internet connection
• Have good sales skills
• Always be willing to learn and improve
• Have guaranteed availability once approved

If you are chosen (pre-approved) you will go through 1 to 2 weeks of paid training with me by the end of week 2 if you have final approval you will start full time.
