We are an innovative virtual firm where our people (recruiter, researchers and back office staff) work from their home offices. You must be motivated to succeed and have the structure and environment to work in a professional manner in your home.
As a recruiter you will run a book of business, some leads will be given to you and others will be found the good old fashion way through research, marketing efforts and cold calling. Once you establish a relationship with a client and secure a search you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process with guidance from the ---------- addition to maintaining your own business you will work with the Partners on their searches with key clients through candidate research and identification along with holding initial interviews with candidates.

You cannot be afraid to cold call and build a steady flow of searches from Consulting Positions current clients and new ---------- is estimated that you will spend about half your time in business development efforts and the other half in researching, interviewing and placing candidates in the searches you have secured along with time spent with the partners in their ---------- addition other duties will include
• To identify and pursue business in assigned industry sectors or territories. To convert those leads into Consulting Positions clients and to secure search work from them.
• To perform candidate research through social media channels and other more traditional methods such as industry associations, alumni organizations and other means.
• Cold calling to identify potential clients and candidates
• To work closely with the Partners in their searchesTo identify and present the right candidates to the your clients and the Partners as applicablePartners
• To network with our current clients and candidates to find additional resources in order to grow your business,

Our business Model:
• The majority of our business comes from the consulting industry where we help our clients find permanent as well as contract hires. Our plan is also to grow outside of consulting in other industries such as manufacturing, distribution and private equity. If you have experience recruiting in one of these other industries it would definitely be a plus. .
• We are a virtual company and all of our people work from a home office. While independent this method of working takes incredible discipline. If you are the kind of person who likes to go to an office every day this is not for you.Since you work remotely you must possess the tools in order to maximise the use of technology. A PC or laptop must be less than 2 years old and must be reliable. Likewise your internet connection must be stable and strong enough to support video conferencing.
• We work all over the world and we need to adjust to the time difference - If you want to work from 9am to 6pm every day, this job is not for you.  Depending on what region you are assigned your work day will coincide with US, European or Australian work days.

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience:
You will spend a significant amount of time on the phone. If the telephone is not your best friend this is not the role for you.
Ideally, you will have successful experience as a researcher or entry level recruiter and are ready for that next step of becoming a full service recruiter. Other people who do well with us would include outbound telephone sales representative or customer service peopleProven track-record in HR/recruitment and active networking ability is a requirement
Experience in an international business setting is a plus
Fluent English both spoken and ---------- ench is a plus
Additional language skills would also be a plus
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of being self-disciplined, organised and persistent
