MLB The Show Content Editor (YouTube + Short Form)

I’m a content creator starting to stream and post gameplay from MLB The Show 25 (Xbox). I’m looking for a skilled video editor who knows baseball inside and out and can turn long-form gameplay sessions into high-quality YouTube videos and short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

This is NOT just “cut what I tell you to.” I need someone who can watch my streams or VODs, identify the best, most engaging ---------- nts (walk-offs, rage quits, homer bombs, clutch Ks, etc.), and turn them into clean, engaging edits.

What I’m looking for:
• You must understand baseball and be familiar with the sport (not just the video game).
• You have experience editing gameplay, stream VODs, or creator-style content.
• You know how to keep pacing tight, time subtitles well, and use music/sound effects to punch up hype ---------- nts.
• You can handle both long-form (YouTube videos ~ 8-15 min) and short-form vertical edits.
• You’re okay working with me long-term and improving as the content grows.
• You can pick the ---------- nts, not just follow timestamps.
Bonus if you:
• Already watch MLB The Show streamers or play the game yourself
• Can do thumbnails, titles, or suggest content strategy
• Know how to edit for retention
