We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Assistant to manage outbound email campaigns, conduct LinkedIn outreach, and maintain clean lead lists. This role requires strong expertise in email marketing, sales automation tools, and lead generation. If you do not meet the requirements below, please do not apply.

? 4+ years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or sales outreach.
? Proficiency with outbound automation tools (Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, etc.).
? Strong writing skills—ability to craft concise and compelling outreach messages.
? Proven experience using LinkedIn for professional networking and outreach.
? Detail-oriented and organized, with experience managing large datasets.
? Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
? Bonus: Experience with cold calling or SMS outreach.

???? Key Responsibilities:
???? Email Marketing & Outreach
Maintain and clean a lead list of 60,000+ contacts for accuracy.
Create personalized email sequences with compelling messaging.
Set up and manage outbound email campaigns using Lemlist.
Monitor email deliverability and optimize messaging to avoid spam filters.
Track and report on email campaign performance.

???? LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement
Identify and connect with target prospects on LinkedIn.
Personalize and send messages to key decision-makers.
Maintain an organized follow-up system to increase engagement.

???? Lead Generation & Management
Research and update company & contact information for leads.
Identify new target companies & decision-makers in our industry.
Optimize prospecting using tools like Clay.

???? Follow-up & CRM Management
Track and respond to email & LinkedIn replies for timely follow-ups.
Maintain detailed outreach records in CRM.
Implement follow-up sequences to improve conversion rates.

???? Required Tools & Platforms:
???? Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, Slack, Google Suite, CRM tools, and other email marketing automation platforms.

???? Salary: $800 - $1,200/month
???? Schedule: Full-time
