Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for Local Businesses – Fluent English Only

We’re looking for a motivated, fluent English-speaking cold caller to help us contact local businesses in Canada and book qualified appointments for our digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and local lead generation).

You’ll be working with a professional, results-driven team, and provided with:
• A call script
• A lead list
• A proven offer
• A calendar for booking calls

Your Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to small business owners (salons, real estate agents, contractors, etc.)
• Build interest in our service and handle basic objections
• Qualify the lead and book appointments in our calendar
• Track conversations and outcomes in our CRM

?

Requirements:
• Fluent spoken English (no strong accent)
• 1+ year experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales
• Quiet work environment and strong internet
• Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using tools like Calendly, Google Sheets, and CRMs

Work Hours:
• Must be available during North American business hours (MST/EST/PST)
• Part-time or Full-time

Compensation:
• $4–$6/hour USD depending on experience
• + Bonuses for each qualified appointment booked
