**Job Title:** Part-Time Remote Veterinary Assistant (Philippines-Based)
**Location:** Remote (Supporting a mobile veterinary practice in Sydney, Australia)
**Hours:** 5-10 hours per week (3-5 days a week)
**Schedule:** Sydney hours (11 AM - 3pm PM AEST/AEDT, approx. 8 AM - 2 AM PHT)
**Salary:** variable based on experience

**Job Description:**
We’re a mobile veterinary practice in Sydney looking for a reliable and detail-oriented remote assistant in the Philippines to join our team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing daily tasks and supporting our clients and patients.

**Responsibilities:**
- Process emails and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Handle insurance claims, including submissions and follow-ups with providers.
- Review calendars and clinical records to spot missed appointments or follow-up opportunities (e.g., vaccinations, check-ups).
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients via email or phone.
- Manage bookings for mobile vet visits across Sydney.
- Update records accurately and assist with general admin tasks.

**Requirements:**
- Vet clinic or professional pet care experience is a must.
- 1-5 years of admin, customer service, or related experience
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) for clear communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, email, and calendars (vet software training provided).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Available to work Sydney hours (11 AM - 4 AM PHT, adjusting for daylight saving). Or split shift 11am-1pm and 6pm-8pm sydney time
