Looking for a VA to join my team! ($800/month salary + incetives)

I am searching for a passionate and loyal VA who can support daily operations and ensure seamless execution of a wide range of tasks.

The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. This is a full-time role requiring availability for 40-hour work weeks, with flexibility to accommodate varying time zones due to frequent travel.

REQUIREMENTS:
Fast Internet + Reliable Computer 
Fluent English 
Coachable And Willing To Learn (Ready To Start ASAP) 
Great Communication Skills 
Problem Solver (thinks of solutions before coming to me with a problem)
Full time availability (including Saturdays), can take Sunday off

In this position, you’ll be working with me to:

Conduct Instagram outreach to engage with target audiences and build connections.
Update and maintain Google Spreadsheet trackers with accurate and up-to-date information.
Upload call recordings to the designated school community platform or storage system.
Handle personal matters, including booking hotels, accommodations, flights, and other travel-related arrangements.
Perform additional tasks as needed (to be specified based on ongoing requirements).

Required Traits:

Very fast to respond: Promptly addresses messages and new tasks with efficiency and urgency.
Natural problem solver: Able to independently troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy and precision in all tasks, from data entry to scheduling.

Google Sheets (for tracking and data management)
Slack (for team communication)
Instagram (for outreach and engagement)

Facebook (for additional social media tasks)
Google Drive (for file organization and sharing)
