Part-time Recruiter

Overview:
We’re looking for a recruiter to support our team with candidate sourcing and hiring efforts. This role will focus on resume review, initial interviews, and managing outsourcing across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Review resumes and shortlist top candidates
Conduct initial interviews with potential hires
Manage outsourcing candidates across different recruitment platforms

Requirements:

5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment/outsourcing (technical recruiting).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Availability to work 8-10 hours per week (Arizona Time)
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (Remote)
Can work with minimal supervision.
