Looking for a content-savvy, self-directed VA to help document the journey of building a business

You’ll turn raw ---------- nts into scroll-stopping Reels/TikToks, experiment with AI tools to streamline production, and own the content pipeline across platforms.

This is for someone who gets the vibe of modern personal brands, understands storytelling, and knows how to keep content flowing—without needing their hand held.

Responsibilities:
• Document behind-the-scenes of building an AI agency and SaaS (Zoom snippets, voice notes, Looms, drafts, etc.).
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) using CapCut, Descript, Runway, or other AI tools.
• Repurpose raw content into multi-format assets: clips, carousels, ---------- s, hooks.
• Schedule and post consistently on IG + TikTok.
• Use ChatGPT or similar to write captions, generate hooks, and ideate series.
• Monitor trends, add voice + edge to the brand.

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of personal brand storytelling.
• Experience editing short-form video content for IG/TikTok.
• Fluent with AI tools for content (e.g., for editing, writing, repurposing).
• Can work autonomously and proactively—you’ll be running content without micromanagement.
• Great taste. Fast turnaround. Clear comms.

Bonus if you:
• Know how to test content and optimize based on views/hook performance.
• Have ideas to make our journey more entertaining, relatable, or viral.
