Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us expand our customer base through outbound calls, lead generation, and strategic outreach.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct outbound calls to setting appointments and coordinating tasks

Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads

Follow up on warm leads and nurture them into sales

Maintain a CRM with accurate, up-to-date customer information

Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach strategies

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly call and sales targets

Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
