Real Estate Cold Caller (VA) – Work From Home

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) to make cold calls to off-market property owners in the U.S. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential sellers, following a script, gathering property details, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team.


Daily Responsibilities:
Schedule your work hours
Cold call during your work hours (5 per week)
Record Calls and insert notes on CRM
Provide EOD total calls and hours worked
