Airbnb VA Property Manager

We are a Switzerland-based short-term rental company managing 50 properties, looking for a Virtual Assistant with Airbnb experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Review Management: Requesting guests to edit or remove negative reviews and escalating cases to Airbnb for removal.
- Maintenance Tracking: Logging guest complaints and ensuring timely resolution to prevent recurring issues.
- Guest Communication: Handling specific guest inquiries as needed.
- Other Tasks: Assisting with various administrative and operational duties.
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience working in an Airbnb organization.
- Previous VA experience is a must.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: 40,000 PHP/month. Our target is to make it to 60,000 PHP including bonus.
- Performance Bonus: 200 PHP for each removed or changed review.

Work Schedule: 60 hours per week (10 hours/day, 6 days a week).
