Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and versatile female Graphic Designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. This remote position will involve working on a variety of projects including branding, logo design, web and print graphics, and social media content. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about design, has a keen eye for detail, and is looking to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality designs according to the written briefs provided, ensuring all work is on-brand and creatively executed.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Daily responsibilities include all-around graphic design tasks like:
- Social media artworks
- Branding
- Mood board creation
- Logo design
- Brand identity design (Choosing appropriate fonts, colors, creative elements for the brand)
- Creating branding key visuals
- Application of branding to brand collaterals like letterheads, email signature, etc.
- Creating brand guidelines
- Website design
- Exporting assets for the website
- Print design
- Menu
- Flyers
- Packaging
- Booklets
- Presentation decks

Requirements:
- Female (because most of our clients are female or have female-targeted brands)
- 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). and Canva
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in branding, logo, web, menu, print, and social media design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and has high comprehension
- Strong passion for design and a growth mindset with a focus on personal and professional development.
- Resourcefulness, grit, and excellent communication skills.
- Fast, responsible, and efficient
- Has a fast and efficient laptop and internet connection
