THE POSITION

HR-Finance Officer

THE ROLE

This is a unique job that integrates three positions into one multifaceted role for the successful applicant: Finance Officer/Recruitment Officer/Administrative Officer.

We are looking for a highly motivated and appropriately equipped individual who can take on various tasks with great enthusiasm and exceptional adeptness. The successful candidate will be working closely with the country manager and CEO to help meet the team’s operational requirements.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

As Finance Officer, you must:

- Be a graduate of Bachelor in Accountancy (being a CPA is a plus, but not required) and has a strong accounting background
- Have knowledge of and experience using computerized accounting systems, preferably Xero
- Be comfortable with performing various accounting tasks
- Have keen attention to details
- Be highly trustworthy
- Be willing to be trained by our CFO
- Be honest, dependable and highly trustworthy
- Be familiar with risk management

As Recruitment Officer/HR Manager, you must:

- Know how to create well-written job descriptions and summaries
- Know how to facilitate job interviews and personality tests
- Be familiar with online job portals like Jobstreet, onlinejobs.ph, upwork, kalibrr, etc.
- Have an excellent ability to spot the right people for the right position

As Administrative Officer, you must:

- Be highly organized
- Have great attention to detail
- Enjoy making decisions and working with others
- Be able to follow direction from management
- Be able to effectively deal with pressure and stress

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

As Finance Officer, you will:

- Develop and maintain finance-related policies and procedures
- Prepare and conduct audits
- Develop and prepare financial statements/reports
- Develop and prepare budgets and financial plans
- Develop and project cash flow forecasts
- Develop and maintain payroll and accounting requirements
- Analyze financial status of company
- Formulate financial strategies
- Prepare payrolls and transfer team’s wages

As Recruitment Officer/HR Manager, you will:

- Seek and process applications for positions such as Front-End Developers, Growth Hackers, PPC Specialist Newbie, Copywriter, and other pertinent positions
- Create well-written job posts (want ads)
- Manage the application process (includes conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, etc.)
- Create team guidelines and processes

As Administrative Officer, you will:

- Organize the itinerary, which includes flight and hotel bookings, of our CEO every time he visits the Philippines
- Be responsible for organizing team-building activities
- Process the legal requirements for setting up the company locally

Furthermore, for all positions, you should be able to put in extra working hours to complete urgent tasks and blend into the company’s culture quickly.

THE COMPENSATION

The successful applicant for this position will be paid a monthly minimum remuneration of Php 35,000, plus benefits, including paid monthly internet subscription and paid holidays.
