social media manager & Ads specialist

Job Overview:
We run a small dates and sweets shop in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, about 10 minutes from Masjid an-Nabawi. It’s not a big branded store — more of a general-style shop that tourists and pilgrims really enjoy.

However, due to our location, we don’t get a lot of organic foot traffic, which is why social media presence and local advertising are now a key part of our growth strategy.

We're looking for a motivated, creative, and experienced social media manager who knows how to bring real value through content and ads.

Your Main Goal:
Your responsibility is to create effective marketing and content that brings real walk-in customers, especially Hajj and Umrah visitors, to our store.

This job is for someone who understands how to grow physical store traffic through social media — not just gain followers.

Responsibilities:
Create and post engaging content (reels, stories, photos) that showcases our products and attracts tourist attention
Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts professionally
Design high-quality visual content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Run geo-targeted local ads (Meta Ads Manager) aimed at tourists in Madinah
Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns for better reach
Respond to DMs and engage with followers
Propose ideas to help increase foot traffic and shop visibility

? Requirements:
Proven experience in social media marketing

Hands-on experience handling social media accounts for small/local businesses

Skilled in content creation (especially reels and visual design)

Experience with local ad targeting on Facebook/Instagram

Good written English (Arabic is a plus)

Creative, consistent, and results-focused
