High-Level Graphic Designer (Print, Apparel & Branding) – Fast-Paced Creative Team

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing print and branding company. This role supports a fast-paced production environment, creating custom designs for apparel, signage, and branded products for schools, organizations, and businesses.
This is not a beginner role. We are looking for a designer who can take clear direction, execute with precision, and also bring creative insight and elevated design quality to every project.
The ideal candidate understands how to design for real-world production, not just digital visuals, and can consistently deliver clean, professional, print-ready work.
???? What You’ll Be Designing:
Apparel graphics (t-shirts, hoodies, spirit wear)
Custom signage (banners, acrylic signage, displays)
Branded products (tote bags, promotional items, packaging)
Logo creation and brand identity development
Client revisions and design refinements
????? Key Responsibilities:
Create original, high-quality designs based on client concepts and direction
Redraw, enhance, and vectorize existing logos and artwork
Prepare print-ready files (correct sizing, resolution, color modes, bleed)
Execute revisions quickly and accurately based on detailed feedback
Maintain consistency with branding and project requirements
Manage multiple projects while meeting tight turnaround times
Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth production workflow

Strong ability to follow instructions EXACTLY while maintaining creativity
Ability to produce clean, professional designs (not template-based or low-quality work)
Strong understanding of print production requirements
Ability to think creatively while staying within brand direction
Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
? Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required)
Strong experience in apparel and print design
Advanced knowledge of:
Typography
Color theory
Layout and composition
Experience creating vector artwork and print-ready files
Ability to handle multiple revisions and deadlines efficiently
