I run a small publishing company that creates interactive children’s books – with the mission to bring kids back into real life and away from screens.
Our books are creative, adventurous, and full of magic. Now I’m looking for someone who can help translate that magic into emotional, relatable, and potentially viral short-form videos.

I’m looking for a video editor who can help me create TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that are:
• Emotionally engaging
• Relatable for parents (especially moms)
• Hook-strong
• Edited in a natural, organic UGC style
• And most importantly: spoken/written in German

???? Your tasks:
• You’ll receive raw footage (b-roll, voice recordings, script ideas)
• You’ll cut 20–30 videos per month (each 10–60 seconds)
• You’ll add creative input: music, subtitles, transitions, captions
• You know how to build a strong hook and create engaging pacing
• The final videos must be in German (text and/or voice)

• Experience editing TikToks, Reels, or Shorts
• A good eye for trends, timing, and storytelling
• Reliable communication (Slack or Notion preferred)
• Bonus: If you’re familiar with parent/family content
• IMPORTANT: Please show examples of your post-production work
(text overlays, cuts, pacing, style – ideally in short-form video)

• Fixed monthly payment (150–300?€) for 20–30 videos
• + bonus payments for viral content (e.g. 10.000+ views)
