Video Editor

We are looking for a youtube video editor who can take a raw clip that includes many mistakes in the delivery and pick the best takes to use in the final product.
Most videos start off as a raw clip of around 15-20 minutes in length, but after blank sections and mistakes are removed it ends up being 7-10 minutes.
Therefore it is essential that the applicant is able to follow along and pick up when I have tried to redo a section.

Perhaps you can suggest ways to improve watchability, such as adding B-roll footage.
