Web Designer (Webflow)

We’re a small-but-mighty branding and web strategy studio based in Australia.
We build clean, strategic websites that actually convert—no fluff, no filler.

We’re looking for a Philippines-based Web Designer to join our remote team. You’ll work closely with the founder and team to design and build beautiful, on-brand websites inside Webflow.

• This Role Is For You If You:
Are based in the Philippines and available for daily overlap with 9am–3pm AEST
Have solid experience designing and building full websites in Webflow
Can follow a clear structure and design brief without reinventing everything
Work fast, clean, and communicate proactively
Take ownership and can be trusted to deliver without constant follow-up
Enjoy clean design, simple UX, and smart strategy

• Must-Have Skills:
Webflow (full site builds, not just tweaks)
Responsive layout, mobile optimisation, and CMS experience
Strong eye for layout, spacing, and alignment
Clean structure and naming inside builds
Bonus: Shopify experience (for current projects only)
Bonus: On-page SEO basics (headings, metadata, image alt text)

• How We Work:
Remote, async, and flexible—with structured weekly check-ins
Tools: ClickUp, Google Chat, Google Drive
Clear expectations and quick feedback
Small team, no drama, lots of ownership

• Role Details:
Part-time to start (up to 20–25 hrs/week)
Monthly pay: $1,000 AUD
13th month, PH holidays off, 10 paid vacation days/year
Paid weekly during trial, then fortnightly
Long-term role with room to grow
