We currently have 5 Philipino VAs on our team and they have been with us for several years because we everyone who works for us like family:

We sell classic men's clothing and accessories and we want to hire two customer service reps.

Do you like to help people? Then this is right for you.
Our customers are friendly and we enable you to decide what you can do to make the customer happy.
Your tasks would include
- Answering phone calls
- Engaging in live chats
- Replying to emails
- Talk to our warehouse and make sure everything is the way it should be



Ideally, you like to talk to people and help them solve issues.
We strongly encourage prior job experience at a call center but don’t worry our customers are happy and just need help. Our average review score is 4.94 out of 5

You also must have an attention to detail and enjoy working with a remote team.

Moreover, we want you to tackle tasks proactively. Of course we train you so you can feel confident in your abilities and get the job done.

We will do English tests and require that you can read and write like a native English speaker. If you have a TOEFL test, please share your certificate score.

We are looking full-time VA and we are interested in long-term relationships. We already have a team of 5 Philippino VAs all of whom have been with us for years.

- Infusionsoft Email CRM
- Magento Shop
- Wordpress CMS
- Google Drive
- Skype
- Social Media
