[PART-TIME] Systems VA – Notion, Task Boards, Delivery Flow ($150/month)

We’re building Funnel OS™ — an asynchronous, AI-assisted funnel system that delivers “launch kits in a box” for online creators.
We’re hiring a Systems Execution VA — someone who thrives in organized chaos, lives for checklists, and can manage backend delivery using Notion, Google Drive, and structured SOPs without needing handholding.
This is not a beginner VA role. We want someone who can learn fast, follow detailed systems precisely, and work fully async without live meetings.

Responsibilities
• Update and route tasks in Notion dashboards
• Upload final delivery assets to client folders in Google Drive
• Rename files using exact naming conventions
• Log quiz and sales leads into Airtable and/or Notion
• QA check content before delivery using provided SOPs
• Record Loom walkthroughs when needed
• Maintain folder hygiene and ensure tasks are client-ready

• Tally.so (quiz review, lead extraction)
• Airtable (lead tracking)
• Loom (for async QA and task walkthroughs)
• GPT (we provide prompts, SOPs, and launch checklists)

• Obsession with structure, systems, and clean file organization
• Fast learner with tools like Notion, Drive, and Airtable
• Can follow detailed SOPs exactly — no steps skipped
• Comfortable working async with no calls or meetings
• Strong ability to organize information and tidy up messy folders
