JOB OVERVIEW

We are an ergonomic computer peripheral company looking for a motivated, proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This is a role focused on generating new business opportunities within the government, education, and medical sectors.

The ideal candidate is confident in outreach, highly organized, and eager to help grow our sales pipeline.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Research and identify potential companies in our target industries.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments or send demos for the sales team.

Use Salesforce to track and update leads, notes, and follow-ups.

Follow a structured outreach process to consistently nurture and engage prospects.

Support in building and updating target account lists.

Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure smooth lead handoff.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer service (B2B is a plus).

Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.

Able to use CRM tools to track leads and follow-ups (Salesforce a plus).

Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
