Wordpress Developer

Responsibilities :

- Build, modify and maintain websites quickly using Wordpress Themes like Divi/Elegant Themes

- Convert PSD / Sketch HTML & CSS export to pages on Wordpress sites

- Extensive knowledge about BBpress, Buddypress, e-commerce and other popularly used plugins

- Integrating with third-party APIs

- Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS

Skills and Qualifications :

- 1-3 years of experience as Wordpress Developer

- Have built atleast 1 social network, community website, forums and e-commerce websites using Wordpress

- Knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.

- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages

- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)

- Good understanding of PHP back-end development is an advantage
