Role Overview:

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and has experience in marketing, social media management, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, creative, and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

Assist in developing and scheduling social media content (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) targeting high-achieving professionals, nonprofit leaders, and entrepreneurs.

Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent engagement.

Design simple graphics for social media and marketing materials (using Canva or similar tools).

Repurpose existing content into engaging posts, email campaigns, and blog articles.

Support lead generation efforts, including free resources, landing pages, and email sequences.

Help develop sales pages and optimize website content for clarity and conversion.

Administrative & Virtual Assistance:

Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.

Coordinate scheduling for client meetings, mastermind sessions, and events.

Organize and maintain digital files and documents.

Assist in onboarding new clients or group members with welcome emails and materials.

Research potential partners, speaking engagements, and industry trends.
