The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated Retail Outreach Specialist to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This position offers a unique opportunity to build your own book of business through our commission structure, where you continue earning from accounts you establish even on repeat orders!
Hours: Part-time (4 hours/day, Monday-Friday) with flexible scheduling
Compensation Structure

Base Rate: $3 per hour
First Order Commission: 3.5% to 10% of sales

Minimum first order: 12 units at $5 per product

Repeat Order Commission: You will get commission if the client re-order automatically.

Minimum reorder: 72 units at $5 per product


Ongoing Residual Income: You maintain commission rights to accounts you bring in

Most stores reorder within 30-45 days, creating a growing passive income stream as you build your client portfolio!
Primary Responsibilities

Conduct proactive cold calling and email outreach to independent retailers, health food stores, pharmacies, and organic markets
Build and manage a pipeline of retail prospects using our CRM system
Develop relationships with store buyers and purchasing managers
Schedule product demonstrations and buyer meetings
Create compelling sales presentations and follow-up strategies
Track all communications and maintain detailed account records

Qualifications

Sales experience with demonstrated cold calling abilities
Excellent phone presence and persuasive communication skills
Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
Professional written and verbal English communication
Experience in retail, consumer products, or natural/organic goods is a plus
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
