JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help build a pipeline of GovCon subcontracting opportunities, corporate training leads, and freelance projects.

Tasks will include:

Finding subcontracting opportunities (SAM, SubNet, FPDS)

Prospecting L&D/Compliance managers on LinkedIn

Building lead lists using Hunter/Snov.io

Managing CRM (Trello or Airtable)

Sending outreach emails and LinkedIn messages

Scheduling meetings

Must have:

Strong English & writing skills

Familiarity with CRM and LinkedIn

Reliable internet + VPN

Bonus:

Experience with government contracting, eLearning, or training industry
