We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team! In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and alongside the Recruiter to support a wide range of HR functions. The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including managing the annual employee review process, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partners with the leadership team to create a targeted employee culture and engagement campaign, developing and leading quarterly employee virtual ‘happy hour’ events. Encourages participation in peer bonus programs. Initiates and manages routine culture-building activities.
- Partners with the CEO to create monthly announcements and polls.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Manages the talent acquisition process; collaborates with owner and departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings and promotions.
- Manages compensation and performance reviews. Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Manages benefits vendors and annual open enrollment
- Creates onboarding and learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Tracks employee development efforts and employee development plans.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Performs other duties as assigned, collaborating in operational activities as requested.
Required Skill/Abilities:

- Thorough knowledge of US employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of general HR experience, specifically working with US-based clients
- Strong administration skills with attention to detail in document maintenance and record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle HR inquiries professionally
- Motivated, dedicated, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
