We are a boutique tequila producer dedicated to crafting premium tequila and flavor-infused tequilas that embody the spirit of tradition and innovation. We are passionate about delivering exceptional quality and unique experiences to our customers.
As we expand our distribution, sales and marketing, we are seeking an intelligent, dynamic and creative virtual administrative assistant who can help with and manage:
1. Calendar and event management for the company and two main founders; This involves multiple events across multiple states including concurrent events
2. Coordination with social media team on content and posting, event management
3. Wordpress website simple CMS updates – e.g., map locations updates
4. Basic social media posting – events and stories based upon templated formats.
5. Influencer and UGC content organization, outreach and communication and follow-up
6. Telephone and
7. CRM – Hubspot proficiency and experience; data entry
8. Meta Business Suite assistance – advertisement posting
9. Monthly sales, engagement and customer acquisition reporting based on aggregate data from distributors and salespeople.
Must have Office 365 experience and Google workspace. Prefer Hubspot experience – or Salesforce. Canva experience a plus.
Computer/IT setup – need reliable high speed connection – with response to this posting: must send screenshot of speed test showing download & upload speeds; and must send picture of desk/home office/computer setup and description of your hardware.
Position: Part-time to Full-time
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Hours: Generally US East Coast time.
