Cold Caller

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor ($2 hourly + huge Commissions)
Location: Remote
Compensation: 10% - 50% Commission Split ($900 - $4,500 per closed deal) + Bonuses

Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Remote Cold Callers to join our real estate team. Your primary role will be to contact property owners and identify potential sellers interested in selling their homes. This is a hourly base with commission position with uncapped earning potential, starting at a 10% commission split and increasing up to 50?sed on performance.

With the median home purchase price in our target area, this equates to approximately $900 - $4,500 per closed deal—plus performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

? Make outbound cold calls to homeowners using a provided call list & script
? Engage in meaningful conversations to gauge seller motivation
? Set appointments for acquisition specialists or gather necessary property details
? Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails to nurture relationships
? Track and update lead progress in CRM software
? Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions

Qualifications:

?? Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus
?? Strong communication and persuasion skills
?? Self-motivated and goal-oriented—this role requires hustle
?? Comfortable working remotely and independently
?? Basic knowledge of real estate investing is a plus (training provided)
?? Ability to handle objections and turn rejections into opportunities
